Where We Ship To?
We ship our products to almost all the countries in the world and we offer standard shipping for most of them.
How much is the shipping?
The delivery cost depends on automatic calculation of weight and package sizes by reference to the destination. The calculation results are different under the same weight in different area.
The prices also depend on the different rates of the shipping companies and are subject to change without notice. We're constantly working on lowering the shipping prices for you though!
The shipping method you choose can affect your cost and shipping time, we suggest you to choose one that best meets your demands on price and delivery time.
If the item damaged, stolen, we will contact the corresponding shipping company for a refund or redelivery.
What are the shipping methods and delivery times?
We will use international standard shipping and the economy shipping.
1. The Economy shipping way: we will ship the item by China Air Mail, the estimated delivery time will be 7-14 business days to US, UK, AU, CA and DE; to other country, it will take 10-25 business days.
2. The Standard shipping way: we will ship it by DHL, FEDEX, EMS, UPS, USPS and so on. The delivery takes 4-8 business days to UK, USA, AU, CA and other countries.
In addition to the express shipping time, we take 1-3 working days to process the order.
<1> If you choose standard express, your time from placing the order to receiving the goods is 5-11 working days.
<2> If you choose economy express, the time from placing the order to receiving the goods is 8-17 working days.
Can I specify a specific shipping method?
No, except for the designated standard express and economy express, customers cannot designate a specific express company. We will choose a suitable express company for transportation according to the weight and size of the product.
Steps of processing an order
Once order has been made from Skysmotor it will take 1-3 business days to process. (Except sales peak season, heavy demand maybe makes some delay)
Step 1: Order confirmed by our system (0-1 business day)
Step 2: Order packaged by our storehouse (0-1 business days)
Step 3: Package carried to Courier or Express Center (1 day)
Step 4: Order processed by post to your destination.
How to modify my personal information after ordering?
Please contact us asap once you find your personal inforamtion is not correct. Normally the information can only be modified before the package is shipped.
How Can I Track My Order?
We send an email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships, just enter your tracking number on the order tracking page at the bottom of our website and you can check its progress at any time.
How much is the tax and how do I pay it?
Normally you just need to pay for tax for goods ship from China.
Express like DHL or Fedex will contact you to pay for tax before delivering and you just need to do according to their instructions. If you expect to know how much taxes you need to pay before ordering, it will be better to check with local post office or customs for import policy of your country before ordering.
Who need an EORI and EIN?
If you are a company who imports goods into the European Union (EU), you must provide with an EORI number. This number is valid throughout the EU. It is used as a common reference number for interactions with the customs authorities in any Member States as the below.
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
US businesses need to provide an EIN that is required by international carrier like Fedex.
