The TB6600 Motor Driver is a 2-phase stepper motor driver designed for stable performance and durability. It supports a wide voltage range from 9V to 40V DC and can output current from 0.5A to 4A, making it suitable for 4-wire and 6-wire stepper motors. It provides 7 microstepping modes (1, 2/A, 2/B, 4, 8, 16, 32) and 8 current output control modes (0.5A, 1A, 1.5A, 2A, 2.5A, 2.8A, 3A, 3.5A), adjustable via the 6 DIP switches.
The driver features an advanced chopping algorithm for smooth operation, adjustable current control to reduce motor heating and power consumption, and built-in protection such as thermal shutdown and under-voltage lockout. It is compatible with Nema 17, 23, and 24 stepper motors and can be used in various applications like 3D printers, CNC machines, robotics, X-Y-Z tables, labeling machines, laser cutters, engraving machines, and pick-and-place devices.
